Introduction

Precautions

Fenugreek is warm by nature. Eating excessive amounts aggravates bile-borne diseases and should not be used by those with a hot nature.

Those who have nose bleeding, bloody piles, blood in urine, or excessive bleeding for several days in menstruation, should reduce the use of fenugreek during the summer season.

It is safe to consume fenugreek during the winter season. You can take 3 to 6 grams of powder of fenugreek seeds.
